I've noticed a new trend within chinese workers during this trip, that is they have adopted the japanese way of lining up in a row before they start their work, while the head of the team will give them a speech of how to do the work right, so on so on....Here are a bunch of cooks who had to line up in front of the restaurant in -5degrees celcius.
